Images

Your images are processed to generate an explanation and then purged from our servers. We retain minimal logs for abuse prevention: client IP address, image dimensions, and uploaded file hash (a number that can almost uniquely identify a concrete file).

Cookies

We use one optional, privacy‑friendly analytics cookie to measure usage. You can decline it.

2. Service Description

We provide a mobile application that allows users to upload documents for analysis.
Uploaded documents are processed anonymously by third-party AI vendors (currently Google Gemini) to provide recognition, explanation, or insights.
We do not collect personally identifying information unless explicitly provided.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
Minors between 13 and 18 years old need to have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
Children younger than 13 years old MAY NOT use our services.

By using our service, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Obligations

By using the service, you agree to:

Upload only documents you have the right to share.
Not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
Ensure that your use complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and copyright laws.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

5. Data Processing

Documents uploaded to our service are processed anonymously by AI vendors.

By using the service, you consent to the processing of documents by third-party AI vendors in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the AI analysis, insights, and outputs remain with Secure Hosting OÜ or the respective AI vendor.
You may use outputs for personal or business purposes as allowed by law, but you may not redistribute, resell them or share them for redistribution or reselling without explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and we make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI analysis.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including financial loss, data loss, or decisions made based on AI outputs.
You are responsible for verifying any outputs before acting upon them.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate your account or stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Estonian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available in the app or on our website.
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
